Organisation of UNESCO Meeting "Memory of the World"

The UNESCO international expert meeting “Memory of the World Review Discussion Forum” was held from 1 to 4 March 2017 at the invitation of UNESCO, the German Federal Foreign Office in cooperation with the German Commission for UNESCO in Berlin. Members of the International Advisory Committee of the Memory of the World Programme discussed the future of the programme and proposed recommendations for further consideration by the Director-General of UNESCO.
On behalf of the German Commission for UNESCO, my tasks included curating the general setting of the meeting, overseeing the organizational preparations and thus providing a professional environment for a smooth multilateral working process. This included also assisting in the drafting process of the recommendations.
