Coordination & Editing of "Building the Future on Pathways to Cultural Diversity"

The compilation “Building the Future” presents selected projects that had an impact on the cultural transformation in the MENA region in the period from 2011 to 2017.
The online publication is a joint production between long-standing like-minded partners working in and with the region: German Commission for UNESCO, European Cultural Foundation, Racines and Ettijahat – Independent Culture. The aim of the compilation is to showcase the wealth of talent and initiatives beyond the MENA regional borders and share these with the international cultural community.
On behalf of the German Commission for UNESCO I was responsible for the overall coordination of the project which included to co-conceive the project design, to coordinate with partners, contributors and service providers and to author and edit the texts.
